Terms of Service

By using Blockzs, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Blockzs for an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

Acceptable use

You may not violate law, access other tenants' data, reverse engineer or decompile the platform, circumvent isolation controls, upload malware, or misrepresent marketplace ownership.

You own what you create

You retain ownership of widgets, modules, templates, code, and designs you create ("Developer Content"). You grant Genius Substrates a limited license to host and deliver that content solely to operate the service.

Public marketplace listings

When you mark content Public in the developer marketplace, other authorized users may install and use it per the listing — Public does not transfer ownership to Genius Substrates or other users. You may unpublish at any time; you represent you have all necessary rights.

Tenant data

Data submitted through your tenant applications is governed by your agreements with your users and customers. Tenant runtime isolation is enforced on vibezs-runner (app.blockzs.com).

Our intellectual property

Blockzs, Genius OS, trademarks, and non-public APIs remain the property of Genius Substrates or licensors.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the prior twelve months or $100 USD, except where prohibited by law.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate violations. Unauthorized access or reverse engineering may result in injunctive relief under applicable law, including trade secret and computer fraud statutes. Copyright complaints: [email protected] (DMCA).

Governing law

Delaware law governs these Terms. Disputes are resolved in Delaware courts unless we agree to arbitration in writing.
