Genius Substrates Inc. operates Blockzs at blockzs.com. This policy describes how we handle information for the Blockzs platform and related services.

Information we collect

Account and tenant configuration data, team membership, usage logs, developer/marketplace listings, and payment references (not full card numbers). We do not intentionally collect PHI unless your organization configures workflows that include health information.

How we use data

To provide and secure the platform, provision isolated tenant environments on vibezs-runner, process payments, send service notices, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Tenant isolation

Production tenant applications run on vibezs-runner with session-bound tenantId, scoped gateway APIs, and per-tenant data filters. See our compliance documentation for technical details.

Sharing & subprocessors

We use hosting, email, payment, and analytics providers under contractual safeguards. Disclosures may also occur when required by law or to protect security and rights.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal data by contacting [email protected].

Security & retention

We use encryption in transit (TLS/mTLS), secrets management, and access auditing. Data is retained while accounts are active and as required for legal and backup purposes.
